This beautiful family retreat is located on the eastern shores of lake Coeur' d’Alene. The master plan included the complete design and re-purposing of 5 parcels of land (3 waterfront and 2 secondary). The main house is located on the waterfront and features a large natural stone rock wall, a custom stainless steel pool and spa, an entertainment pergola, and aesthetic landscape which blends with the natural environment. The Guest House is located on the secondary parcels and features an entertainment patio and pickle ball court.
