There are several free-standing water features located throughout the site and the covered great room terrace features a negative edge swimming pool with an integrated spa that offers amazing views of the valley and surrounding landscape. Board formed concrete water features with copper weirs introduce soothing sounds of water throughout the landscape. Cable systems, integrated with the walls, also provide a platform for plant material to grow and create green walls within the landscape. Green roof systems reduce temperatures and capture rain water, further integrating the home with its surrounding environment.
