Description: This multi-parcel project sits perched atop the vernacular basalt cliffs of North Spokane. The elevated property offers panoramic city views to the South and pristine mountain views to the Northeast. Involved from the onset of this project, PLACE LA was retained early to site the house, to maximize views, and ensure proper space planning for the abundant variety of outdoor experiences of the estate.

The site is surrounded by sight obscuring walls, with access granted through a custom gate and security system. Upon arrival, guests find themselves immersed in a landscape that offers something for everyone. Mature trees were imported to create privacy from surrounding properties, an artificial putting green allows for short game and chipping practice. There is a ¼ mile walking trail which meanders throughout the site offering tranquil seating areas throughout. A multi-use sport court is aligned along the central axis of the indoor fitness gym. Breathtaking views of the city can be enjoyed from the elevated patios, which feature custom fire tables and welcoming outdoor furniture arrangements. A 60 foot long vanishing edge swimming pool and oversized spa are the focal feature of the rear entertainment space.
