PLACE Landscape architecture offers comprehensive professional services to our clients. From a planning prospective, we provide feasibility studies, grant and funding assistance, master planning, and community outreach assistance. Once a project evolves through the capital planning and funding cycle, our design team develops streetscape, park, playground, site design, permitting, landscape, irrigation, and water management for public agencies. Upon completion of the design stages, we then transition to owner representation where we participate in the construction of project improvements through bidding and negotiation, project management, and commissioning.
