Located in Spokane’s downtown core, this urban plaza embraces contemporary design.  It features integrated stormwater systems that provide beneficial stormwater to the plaza landscape.  Custom steel planters provide vertical diversity in the space and a public art display pedestal is integrated into the space.  Tenants and community members have access to an outdoor dining patio which is part of the newly designed coffee bar.  The outdoor entertainment space is further defined by overhead shade sails that feature decorative lighting and create a welcoming place for casual conversation.
