The site planning and landscape are interconnected through merged stormwater rain gardens and water features. The entry features a grand stair and heated walkways for accessibility and safety during the winter months. A vertical building expansion was completed a few years ago. The upper floor rooftop provided a perfect canvas for an outdoor break room and entertainment space. The elevated paver deck features container plantings, gas-fired heaters and firebowl, ample seating, night lighting, shade, audio, and visual entertainment.
